Terms & Conditions

Reservation & Holding Policy

  • Rooms can be held for a maximum of 24 hours only.
  • For same-day or near-date bookings, immediate confirmation is required.
  • In case of delayed response, the system will auto-release the rooms without further intimation.
  • A minimum of 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is required for confirmation.
  • Kindly note: Room-holding mail should not be considered as final confirmation unless advance payment is received.
  • The balance amount must be settled on or before the guest's check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Zero-Cancellation (Eligible for Adjustment)

  • Government permit-related issues.
  • Covid-positive report with valid medical certificate.

Full Cancellation Charges (Non-Refundable)

  • Guests failing to check-in at the pre-booked hotel/destination.
  • Trip cancellations due to health issues during travel (including hotel shifting).
  • Flight, train, or transport cancellations, reschedules, or delays.
  • Local transportation issues impacting arrival.

Force Majeure Policy

  • In case of natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, landslides, or other unforeseen events, bookings will be considered non-refundable.
  • However, a credit note will be issued, which can be utilized for future bookings (subject to availability & rate changes).

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children below 5 years: Complimentary stay without extra bed.
  • Children above 5 years: Charged as per hotel’s extra bed/tariff policy.
  • Extra bed requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Standard Check-in Time: 01:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

No-Show Policy

  • Guests failing to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a No-Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Payment Policy

  • We accept online bank transfers, UPI, debit/credit cards (as applicable).
  • All payments must be cleared as per booking terms to avoid auto-cancellation.
  • Any pending dues must be settled before check-out.

Damage & Conduct Policy

  • Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be chargeable to the guest/booking party.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation or cancel bookings in case of misconduct or violation of hotel policies.
